I reckon I need to set myself some short term goals to keep me both motivated, and also pushing forwards....
Been thinking about them... and here they are:
By start of new year...
Run 30miles in one week
Swim 48 lengths non stop
Swim 10 lengths front crawl non stop
Ride 20Km on a bike non stop at 90 cadence
Lets see how we get on!
