better by miles

A few runs in... leg still achy, but nowhere near as much as it was....

A swim this afternoon, a ride tomorrow.. this keeps on giving the leg a rest...

I'm more optimistic now than I have been for weeks that its getting better..!

    I feel like I could run a lot faster, so its hard to hold my pace back... but I am recovering, so the effort has been worthwhile!
